The History of the Middlesex County Courthouse
Join us on September 23rd when Josephine Marchetta will present an event-based history of the Middlesex County Courthouse in New Brunswick. A lifelong resident of the city with deep ties to the community, Marchetta’s 28-year tenure as the assignment clerk at the courthouse has inspired her to learn about its past and given her a front row seat and a unique perspective on its recent history. In addition to her role at the courthouse, she has served as president of the New Brunswick Public Library Board of Trustees, president of the New Brunswick Library Foundation, and as a Rutgers University Senator, among other positions.
